Victoria Golf Club

That feeling after a great round? We build homes around it.

A good golf game has a way of making everything feel right. The fresh air, the good company, that moment when it all comes together. That’s the feeling we build into every home. At Philco, we design and build custom homes around the things you love most. Let’s explore what home can really feel like.

Let’s Talk

Local Craft,
West Coast Living

Our founders are Red Seal certified carpenters who live and play right here on the Sannich Peninsula. That’s why every home we build carries the same hands-on craftsmanship, like saltwater pools framed for a morning swim and outdoor kitchens finished for an evening by the fire. It’s West Coast living, built properly: active by day, elevated by night.

“Living in an award-winning home by an award-winning builder, we feel like we’ve hit the jackpot. I think if I had to focus on one thing that impresses us most about Phil Wilson is his absolute dedication to quality and client satisfaction. Every day we live here I am impressed with the extras, with the finishes, and with the concern that Phil continues to show for our continued satisfaction.”

—Jim Lingerfelt & Roger Kershaw

“The entire team is extremely knowledgeable, transparent and highly skilled, but they also have the most important thing: a true passion for what they do. Building a house is a huge undertaking, and they walked us through the whole process with ease.”
