After the home was completed, these clients had Philco return to completely transform their front yard to an amazing private retreat. The yard has been reconstructed to now include a 15′ x 30′ Heated saltwater pool with integrated spa and auto cover. The pool was cast in place from concrete which gave complete flexibility on design and finishing details. Garden beds, retaining wall and a custom fireplace all share the same board form and sanded surface finish as the pool.
